Today’s topic is on “Finding Inner Peace-How to Appreciate Simple Things”
As we ease into this topic, I am again presenting a BASIC outline to help my listeners and those reading the transcript to be able to follow the content as I discuss each point.
The outlined points for “Finding Inner Peace-How to Appreciate Simple Things” begin with:
· What finding inner peace is all about.
· Determining what brings you simplicity.

WHAT IS FINDING INNER PEACE REALLY ABOUT?
Some people may say “Well I don’t need inner peace, or they may say “Inner peace doesn’t exist in my world.”
Finding inner peace is about hitting the nail on what brings tranquility to your life- to your inner core, where you have to shift your beliefs (even if they hold some negative vibes-that which brings unhappiness, worry, grief, anxiety etc.) and REDESIGN them to keep you calm no matter what challenges come at you where you live, work or play. To know that it is obtainable and that you once you commit and do the work to access it, you must continue to do so.
And if you noticed, in the earlier examples of what I mentioned about what some people say…, these are negative responses to life situations and the person too and thus, those responses most definitely require reframing.
FIGURING OUT WHAT BRINGS SIMPLICITY TO YOU
There is a lot of information available to the public about how to connect with yourself and start a healing process to say lessen stress, anxiety and so much more. And you would be no different than most in seeking something that right for you to help you obtain simplicity and peace. The information I provide may not be all that different from others yet, I hope it does help you at least get started and started in the right direction.
In figuring out what brings simplicity to you, is to be intentional to your personal research about yourself.
1. Look at where you are now and question whether where you are now brings peace and or simplicity.
2. Identify those questionable areas and prioritize how you feel they should be. Do away (filter) with what is not chiming with you. Find a box to place it in mindfully.
3. Know what you desire.
4. Keep an open mind and pay attention to your senses which will tell you where you are in your results.
The more you practice these steps; more key things will start to surface, and you begin to notice what is a requirement from yourself that you have found that brings you peace and or simplicity to act upon. Remember you can always modify the steps and even add more that helps you.
WHAT BENEFITS AWAIT YOU BY PRACTICING SUCH METHODS?
As a Certified Neurolinguistic Programming Coach, working with Clients on word choices, and authoring books that help indirectly with this same criterion, the benefits you will receive from this is as follows:
1. Lowering the threshold regarding your limiting beliefs and uncertainties and powering up your sense of self-thought.
2. You become able to self-manage how you work through each day to keep inner peace and appreciate simple things.
3. You become more aware of self-sabotage when you start to speak negatively and replace it with a more calming aperture.
4. Quality of life grows.
LIFESTYLE ADJUSTMENT GUIDE TO INNER PEACE AND APPRECIATING SIMPLE THINGS
· Start off small and work your way up to a more lucrative long-term adjustment.
· Change up limiting beliefs.
· BE aware of your behaviorism-look at your current mindful behavioral activities.
· BE aware of your emotional reactions.
· Allow yourself to connect.
You can design your lifestyle adjustment guide that encompasses the negative adages you speak about yourself or a situation.
Change the narrative- you change the outcome.
Change the outcome-you change the quality of your life.
CLOSING REMARKS
Again, as I stated in an earlier podcast, personal development and change is of utmost importance as I can help you work on yourself in the following but not exclusive ways as these are but a few examples:
· One part of working on yourself is for you to be aware of how you alone alter the dynamics of yourself. Through this podcast and other created content on my website, and authored books, I provide guidance and teachable applications about reframing and challenge you to restructure how you speak about yourself or how you speak about how to appreciate simple things.
· Another proclamation is in determining visualizations that keep you from appreciating simple things. Again, through my creative resources, I provide guidance and teachable applications that, through examples, guide you on how to lessen those negatives and curate a doable way of finding inner peace and in turn how you appreciate simple things becomes a more powerful image.
· You move on from an NLP perspective to separate intention or purpose behind an action from the action itself. Thus, anchoring where you are in your peace once you find it and being able to harness it and put it in the forefront whenever self-doubt and other block style feelings creep in.
· Change comes with taking responsibility, being intentional and knowing where your resources are to help you.
